C1 ACTIVITY TURKEY-KONYA

A total of 20 teachers from the partner country school participated in the activity.

Day 1: Welcoming, acquaintance. Project Introduction and Information Meeting was held.

Day 2: Migration Phenomenon and Migration Psychology Seminar and Survey Study, '' SİLLE REGION '' where different civilizations live and different worship centers are located

3rd Day: Educational Activities Evaluation Meeting was held with the Immigrant Students of Participating Countries, student activities were watched together.

4th Day: Project Poster Design, '' LOVE AND TOLERANCE '' Themed Mevlana 's Death Anniversary Participation (Seb-i Arus Ceremonies)

Day 5: Workshop on Different and New Approaches in the Education of Immigrant Students, Project Diary Studies, Closing

It is aimed that the teachers of participating countries will be able to get to know the psychology of immigrant students better and develop new approaches for their harmony and education within the framework of love, tolerance and respect for differences. Respect for people and positive communication can be achieved through empathy. Listening to the feelings and thoughts of immigrants from an expert person and learning the empathic approach will strengthen the person spiritually. The world-famous Sufism poet Mevlana's philosophy '' The themes of love, tolerance and respect for diversity are directly related to our project. The content of the ŞEB-İ ARUS ceremonies in December are also activities of love, tolerance and respect for people. Participating teachers' participation in these activities will provide them with the opportunity to see and internalize these themes. Regardless of their language, religion, race, every human being, especially every child deserves unconditional acceptance and love. A child who is accepted and loved will show a position close to adaptation and learning. In short; Immigration psychology seminar from the expert person, participation in Seb-i Arus activities, 'SİLLE' trip where different civilizations live and different worship centers, empathy and respect for differences studies will guide teachers in recognizing and understanding foreign students and planning their education activities accordingly. The efforts to record all these studies in the project diary supported the culture of 'Project-Based Work' in institutions and motivated the stakeholders of the institution in the following years. In E Twinnig, enlarging these activities and sharing them with other schools enriched the world of teachers' activities.

Benefits of the activities carried out during this visit to the participants;

- By understanding the subject of "the phenomenon of migration and migration psychology", positive contributions have been made to the development of empathy and respect for differences in schools.

-Positive contributions were made to the personal and professional development of the participant teachers.

- Contribution was made to planning all educational activities focused on the themes of 'love, tolerance'.

- Participating country school teachers noticed that foreign students experience similar common problems in education.

- Positive contributions were made to the solution-oriented work and leadership skills of teachers.

Participating teachers have developed their knowledge, experience and experience in learning and cooperating together and from each other.

- Participating teachers gained positive abilities in accepting immigrant students, gaining self-confidence and motivation.

-Speaking and diversifying the E-Twinning studies together made positive contributions in reaching and disseminating the gains of the project.
